Fiona Banner (b. 1966 in Meyerside, UK) is a conceptual artist living and working in London, UK. She received her MA in Fine Art from Goldsmiths College, London, in 1993. Recent group exhibitions include, amongst others, Dance/Draw, at The Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston ( and God Made Me Hardcore, Proyectos/Sauna, Bogotà. Recent solo exhibitions were held at Musée d’art de Joliette, Québec, Canada (2010) and Tate Britain (2007). She recently created the installation A Room for London for the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Southbank Centre, London, together with architect David Kohn.
